I am Mona Saint, MD, MPH, a physician and trusted ally, and also a mother of three who understands the delicate balance of life. I love travel, music, nature, laughter with friends and family, and anything with salted caramel. I also know real life can be messy and full, and that you do not need a perfect routine to feel better. You need a thoughtful plan that can hold your real life and reflect your unique mind body type.
For over a decade, I worked at the world renowned Chopra Center and the Chopra Mind Body Medical Center, serving as Director of Emotional Wellbeing and Clinical faculty at the UCSD School of Medicine. I led programs, offered transformative consultations, and delivered keynotes for high performing individuals including professional athletes and actors, executives, and busy moms carrying a lot, people who looked fine on the outside, yet were often running on empty.
Today, I blend the best of East and West, integrative medicine and modern medicine, shaped by clinical work, training, and research at institutions including UC San Diego, Tulane University, a Stanford affiliated program, and UCSF, and I have served as Clinical Faculty at the UC San Diego School of Medicine. I was among the first groups of physicians, and among the first OB GYNs, to become board certified in Integrative Medicine. My approach is both deeply compassionate and medically rigorous, so you feel supported and confident in every step.
I see you. I hear you. I believe you. I am here with you. If our paths are meant to meet, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
“The act of medicine, in its truest form, is about being present.”
